Dr. Robert Spatafora is a liftime resident of Monroe, Louisiana. He is a graduate of Neville High School and received his degree from Louisiana Tech University in Pre-Dentistry. He went on to receive his dental degree from Louisiana State University's School of Dentistry.
Dr. Spatafora opened his dental practice in Monroe in 1978. He has been married to his wife, Lisa, for over 35 years and has four children; Sarah, Leah, Will, and Kyle. He has two grandchildren, Aidan and Zoe. He is the son of the late Gene and Billie Spatafora.
Dr. Spatafora attends many continuing education seminars throughout the year. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, The Northeast Louisiana Dental Association, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, The American Academy of Oral Systemic Health, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Spatafora has obtained the designation as a "Qualified Dentist" in dental sleep medicine by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Spatafora is active in his community and church. He is a member of Jesus the Good Shepherd Church where he has served on the Parish Council, Building Committee, and School Board. He is a lifetime member of the Monroe Youth Baseball Association.
Dr. Spatafora is an avid duck hunter. He enjoys golf and gardening, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.
